LRB Mattress

Lightly Resin Bonded (LRB) stonewool mattresses are made out of molten rocks transformed into fibres and then bonded with thermosetting binder froming mattress and then its stitched with one side or both side GI or SS hexagonal wire netting.

LRB Mattresses are exceptionally suitable for wrapping large curve surfaces like Boilers, Equipments, E.S.P, Ducts, Ovens, Furnaces, Tanks, Pipe lines, Chimney walls etc. Its available with 75kg to 120kg densities and 50mm to 100mm thicknesses.

Slab

Slab insulation slabs are available in 36 kg/m³, 48 kg/m³, and 64 kg/m³ densities, with thickness options ranging from 40 mm to 100 mm. These slabs come with ALG and FSK facings, providing an effective vapour barrier for enhanced performance. Kraft paper facing is also available as an alternative option.

Designed for high thermal efficiency, the slabs offer a working temperature in fibre up to 750°C, making them suitable for industrial, commercial, and residential insulation applications.

Building rolls are comes with 36kg, 48kg, 64kg densities and 40mm to 100mm thicknesses respectively.
